Bullying is still a major problem in our workplaces, schools, homes, and online. Pink Shirt Day (Feb 27, 2019) aims to raise awareness and funds to support programs that foster healthy self-esteem.

In addition, WorkSafeBC has made it mandatory for all employers to have a detailed policy for Bullying & Harassment and to communicate this policy to employees on an annual basis. Please let us know if you would like more information on Bullying and Harassment, or supportive resources.
