Group RRSP

A group RRSP is an employer-sponsored plan that will allow employees to contribute to their retirement savings. A group RRSP may be designed to include employee and/or employer contributions.

DPSP

An employer-sponsored plan that allows for the sharing of profits through a registered savings plan. Only a plan sponsor contributes to a DPSP.

Pension Plans

Allow your employees to plan for their future retirement through a Pension Plan where contributions are locked in until retirement. The most common type is a Defined Contribution Pension Plan where the plan sponsor (and plan member) contributions and investment earnings accumulate tax-deferred until they are withdrawn.

TFSA

A Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) provides you with a flexible way to save for a financial goal, while growing your money tax-free.

Education

Saving doesn’t come easy for everyone. We work with your team members to educate and guide them along when it comes to understanding retirement, saving plans and what they need to do now to better their tomorrow. Through in-person group information sessions or one-on-one support (including investment risk assessments, retirement savings planning calculators, education about target date, asset allocation and self-guided funds, and more), we help your employees choose what is right for them.
