We are a team of experienced, passionate and creative Group Benefits Advisors. We transform the needs of companies into sustainable and cost effective group benefit plans that cover what employees value.
Our name, Navy & Sage Benefits, means a lot to us.
Sage is a long-standing symbol of wisdom, experience and good judgement. Navy conveys confidence, stability, depth, trust and loyalty. And the ensō circle in our logo represents simplicity, movement, strength, and insight.
The name Navy & Sage Benefits is also artistically representative of our home, the Okanagan Valley (Navy for water and Sage for the hills and natural flora that grows in the area).
Our story originates from a conversation shared between two friends over a glass, er, bottle of wine. As Benefit Advisors, we know how important it is for companies to receive fair pricing, detailed reporting and strategic advice to proactively manage their group benefits plan, and have control over plan sustainability. We identified a gap in our industry for clients to have the ability to actively manage their group benefits.
We are driven by the desire to ensure our clients are well taken care of. No matter what the company size or what industry, we strive to ensure that everyone receives the same outstanding service, attention to detail, and advocacy on their behalf with the insurance carriers.
The Navy & Sage team brings nearly 50 years of experience to our clients. We are friendly, passionate about what we do, and offer a full range of consulting services including Employee Benefits, Group Retirement, Human Resources, Disability Management and Health & Wellness programs.
